Langone loses bid to dismiss New York Grasso pay Suit
Kenneth Langone, director of the New York Stock Exchange’s compensation committee if they 190 million for a package of pay-then-chairman Richard Grasso has lost a bid to submit to a State of New York against the appeal dismissed.

Spitzer accused Langone of his fiduciary duty as part of the appeal.
